Your documents are yours.

Files you upload are used for one thing: running the PDF operation you asked for. They travel over HTTPS, are never shared with or sold to anyone, and are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We collect the minimum account data needed to run the service, and nothing more.

When you use a tool (merge, split, compress, edit, sign, watermark, rotate, protect, unlock), your file is uploaded over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored temporarily so the job can run and you can download the result.

Uploaded files and generated results are automatically deleted within 24 hours. A scheduled cleanup runs every hour to remove expired files. We do not open, read, analyze, or use the contents of your documents for anything other than performing the operation you requested. We do not train any models on your files, and no human looks at them.

For the Protect tool, the password you set is used only to encrypt your PDF and is not stored after the job completes. For the Unlock tool, the password you enter is used only to open your file for that single job.

You can use every tool as a guest without creating an account. If you register, we store your name, email address, and a hashed password so you can sign in and see your job history. We use this data to operate your account — not for advertising, and we never sell it.

Like most web services, our servers keep short-lived operational logs (request paths, timestamps, status codes, IP addresses) used for debugging, abuse prevention, and keeping the service healthy. Logs are not used to profile you.

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to run jobs you start as a guest. There are no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The website is served from Vercel's edge network. File processing runs on our own backend infrastructure. Both are accessed exclusively over HTTPS.

You can delete your files at any time from your dashboard — and even if you don't, they are removed automatically within 24 hours. You can ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you may also have rights to access, correct, or export your personal data — contact us and we will honor them.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be called out on the site.
