Simple tools, simple terms.

Agreement
By using PdfUtility (the "Service") at epdfhub.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The service
PdfUtility provides browser-based PDF tools — merge, split, compress, edit, sign, watermark, rotate, protect, and unlock. The tools are free to use, with a current limit of 100 MB per file. We may change, add, or remove features at any time.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files you upload. You grant us only the limited, temporary permission needed to store and process your files so we can perform the operation you requested. Files are deleted automatically within 24 hours — see the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the content you upload. Only upload files you have the right to use. In particular, only use the Unlock tool on documents you own or are authorized to unlock.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- process content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- circumvent document protections you are not authorized to remove;
- probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, or access it with automated bulk traffic;
- resell the Service or misrepresent it as your own.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or block usage that threatens the Service or violates these terms.
Accounts
Most tools work without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time.
No warranty
The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed files will meet your requirements. Keep copies of your originals.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PdfUtility and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service — which, for a free service, is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The date above reflects the latest revision.
